Brad Goldberg grew up in Chester County, Pennsylvania and moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA’s film school. He has spent most of his career creating advertising for motion pictures as an award-winning editor, writer, and creative director.
He has written several screenplays in multiple genres: sci-fi, rom-com, thriller, and historical. He has “story-by” credit on one sitcom and has done uncredited writing in TV and Film.
He has completed a full-length novel that creates a world where zombies and vampires threaten the survival of the human race. Among the Living is the first-person story of one survivor who takes it upon himself to protect a ten-year-old girl whom he discovers hiding in the basement of an abandoned building.
Most recently, his prize-winning short story, Tempus Obscurum, was anthologized in Best Indie Speculative Fiction: Volume IV. Another story, Live Streaming, will be published in Bards & Sages Quarterly in October.
